● most of them adopt c-flange design, which simplifies the installation and reduces the noise level, and there is no need for shaft positioning.

● features of screw type dry vacuum pump include:
● dry operation without oil and water realizes a clean vacuum environment.
● there is no metal contact between the screw and the shell to ensure the long service life of the pump.
● the newly designed screw rotor has high volumetric efficiency.
● oil or water is not used as the transmission medium of the pump, which reduces the operation cost.
● single stage design makes it easy to discharge solid waste and eliminate residues in the pump.
● the air passage through the pump is short, so the gas can be discharged quickly
● after adopting optional special coating, it is suitable for extracting toxic gas, corrosive gas and condensable gas.
