brief introduction
Centriflex is a real universal centrifuge, which is used to treat suspended solids by means of high centrifugal force.
If appropriate accessories are selected, this centrifuge can be used for filtration, cleaning, washing, clarification and continuous separation of two liquids and one solid (three-phase separation). It can also be used in emulsion production. As long as there is an appropriate choice, the settlement experiment can be carried out by using beaker or glass tube. At the same time, the filter beaker can be used to check the impact of different filter media on the product. This centriflex can also be used for the productive separation of a small amount of suspended solids. Centriflex centrifuge is designed to facilitate user installation and filling. The control of the machine is through digital display, which will display the current shape, speed and elapsed time. The user can choose automatic or manual timing. The machine will soon reach the rated speed, and then maintain it electrically until the brake stops. The user can choose gradual stop (soft stop) or quick stop. Through automatic quick stop, users can control the accurate running time and increase the use opportunity of the machine. In front of the shell is the slot seat for filtrate or filtrate collection container. Naturally, the centrifuge is equipped with an interlocking safety cover to prevent someone from accidentally touching the rotating part during the use of the machine.
Laboratory centrifuge (beaker holder rotor)
The full beaker rack rotor centrifuge is used to precipitate small particle suspension samples. The beaker holder can be equipped with 2 or 4 beakers of 100 cm3. A filter beaker can also be installed on the beaker frame to conduct filtration test, such as concentration and reduce humidity at the same time.
